George J. Awad
Founder/Executive Chairman
George is the Founder and Managing Director of IAMG, a strategic intellectual property consulting, commercialization and monetization firm where he develops and executes comprehensive plans for both private and public companies. George has over 20 years of experience in law, technology, and capital financing. He has established a number of technology-focused start-ups across various industries including distributed/cloud computing, energy optimization, pharmaceutical, and business services. He holds a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. During his legal career, George worked for nationally ranked law firms (Woodcock Washburn, Drinker Biddle) focusing on intellectual property and corporate law. He has served on numerous, medical, pharmaceutical, and educational boards.
Greg Pfeiffer
Greg has extensive experience in marketing, business development and operations in the semiconductor and chemical industries. He is an international business consultant focused on China, where he has experienced all aspects of China’s economic development, almost from its beginning. Greg has also been involved in several tech start-ups in the mobile wireless, security, and cloud computing spaces. Greg holds a B.S. in Chemistry, an M.S.E. in Materials Science and Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
John DeSouza

John is a product designer with a focus on data and user centric driven design. He has worked with start-ups and Fortune 50 companies to solve challenging UX problems. His experience in the fin-tech industry has helped him understand the impact UX has on blockchain technology. John has a natural curiosity for new technologies, and is passionate about the future of cryptocurrency.
Kelsey Kramer
Kelsey is enthusiastic about technology and innovation as a vehicle for social impact. Previously, Kelsey developed and executed integrated marketing campaigns for top pharmaceutical and medical companies. She later transitioned to a sales and business development role at an eCommerce SaaS start-up, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to convert more leads through social media. Kelsey is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s Honors College and Pamplin College of Business.
Andre Pottinger

Andre is a creative and versatile 3D artist with almost nine years hands-on experience using digital and traditional media to bring marketing concepts to life. He is a passionate and classically trained artist who turns creative ideas into reality by expertly blending art with technology to deliver a visual package that matches the style, mood and story behind a client's mission. He's also a consummate team player with exceptional leadership and time management skills.
Nigel Herr
Nigel Herr is a digital product designer with a background in building system automation. He has developed multiple IoT systems. Nigel possesses a great deal of creativity and has the intuition to identify problems and bottlenecks before development starts. At STEMchain, he is responsible for managing community outreach and support.

Jamie Robinson

Jamie is the Managing Director of Alliance Marketing Partners, a sports marketing firm. Launching his career as a certified NFL agent, Jamie has negotiated sports and entertainment merchandising, licensing and sponsorship agreements totaling in excess of $150 million. He has also created marketing campaigns on behalf of a number of the nation’s leading brands including Hallmark Cards, GAP, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Rawlings Sporting Goods and Dunkin’ Donuts. Jamie is a board member of the Police Athletic League, the Marks Colorectal Surgical Foundation, Ashley’s Angels and the StreetSafe Driving Academy. He is a graduate of Georgetown University.
Gregory Smith
Sr. Finance Director for North America, Tiffany & Co.
Greg currently serves as the Senior Finance Director for North America for Tiffany & Co, having been with the company since 2011. His previous management experience with Tiffany & Co. includes serving as Senior Director, Integrated Business Planning and Regional CFO Emerging Markets in Dubai where he established and led the finance and control functions for the region and was responsible for markets in the Middle East, Russia, Turkey, and the former Soviet Republics. Prior to this, he worked with Fitch Design (a WPP company) as Finance Director Middle East, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals as Head of Financial Reporting in Egypt.
Dr. Phil R. Johnson
Chief Scientific Officer, Limelight Bio, Inc.
Dr. Johnson received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by a pediatric residency and an infectious diseases fellowship at Vanderbilt University. After fellowship training, he worked at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD and Columbus (Ohio) Children's Hospital for 20 years before assuming the role of Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in 2005. Dr. Johnson was also a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and held the Edmond F. Notebaert Chair in Pediatric Research at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. After retiring at the end of 2015, he now serves a Senior Advisor to the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) and is Chief Scientific Officer at Limelight Bio, Inc., an early stage biotechnology company.

Cheryl Contee is the award-winning CEO and co-founder of Fission Strategy, which helps the world’s leading non-profits, foundations and social enterprises design digital ecosystems that create change globally. She is also the co-founder of groundbreaking social marketing software at Blackbaud, the first tech startup with a black female founder on board in history to be acquired by a NASDAQ-traded company. Cheryl is proud to be a co-founder of #YesWeCode, which represents the movement to help low opportunity youth achieve high quality tech careers. Her company Fission helped write the early source code for Crowdtangle, earning sweat equity in a successful social enterprise startup acquired by Facebook in Dec 2016. She was inducted into the first The Root 100 list of established and emerging African-American leaders. Huffington Post included her as one of the Top 27 Female Founders in Tech to Follow on Twitter in 2011, as did Black Enterprise. Fast Company named her one of their 2010 Most Influential Women in Tech.
Dr. Kenneth J. Blank
SVP-Health Sciences,Rowan University
Kenneth J. Blank, Ph.D., has served in senior research leadership roles at universities over the past 20 years. He is the recipient of a Leukemia Society of America Scholar award (presently the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society), a Fellow of the Philadelphia College of Physicians, and a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors. He presently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the University City Science Center in Philadelphia and is a member of the New Jersey Council on Innovation. Dr. Blank holds 3 patents, has received numerous grants and contracts from the National Institutes of Health and Department of Defense, and has over 60 publications on molecular and cellular pathology and genetics. His role in academic administration has focused on fostering use-inspired research programs that result in technology development and commercialization to promote regional economic development.
Darlene Cavalier

Darlene Cavalier is a professor of practice at Arizona State University's Center for Engagement and Training, part of the School for the Future of Innovation in Society. Professor Cavalier is the founder of SciStarter, founder of Science Cheerleader, and cofounder of ECAST: Expert and Citizen Assessment of Science and Technology. She is a founding board member of the Citizen Science Association, a senior advisor at Discover Magazine, and a member of the EPA's National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology and was appointed to the National Academy of Sciences "Designing Citizen Science to Support Science Learning" committee. She is the co-editor of "The Rightful Place of Science: Citizen Science" (ASU 2016; available on and the author of "The Science of Cheerleading" (available on iTunes). She resides in Philadelphia, PA with her husband and their four children.
Frank Golding

Frank Golding is a former Director at Google, initially joining as YouTube's Head of Sport for North America, creating sports partnerships for leagues, teams and athletes. He also incubated a “Google University” education program proposal. Prior to YouTube, he spent almost nine years at ESPN working on digital media deals and technology acquisitions across all of ESPN’s U.S. content platforms. In addition to practicing IP law (20+ yrs), he now lectures on media, and operates in an executive capacity providing strategic and management services to TAPP Technologies and Eleven Sports US. His consulting entity, Golding Media Ventures, has invested in VR, e-gaming, and social analytics. Frank holds a JD from UVA and an MBA from MIT.
David Page
Managing Partner, New Road Media
David is part angel investor, part business developer and part entrepreneur. He has strong background in media management and business development from working with NBC, SONY, iHeart Radio, and investment firms. Today, David is leaping into the e-learning space for the workplace, in particular the democratization of professional development. David is part of the team incubating the flexible learning system called margoe. He holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Development from Binghamton University.
Paul Isicrate
